		<description>Nice post! A powerful lesson. So much of US goes into our food and drinks and anything we create. I too have found even making chai has often been a meditative practice...allowing the spices the bloom and come alive in the heat. All the flavours melding together...and pouring into a cup and giving to our loved ones or savoring it on our own.
It&#039;s been a while since I&#039;ve visited...it&#039;s nice to see what you&#039;re up to and what&#039;s on your mind.</description>
